"It was not what we expect at Centreville, and we have worked extremely hard this offseason to prepare for a better season," he said. This year, the team started their weight room sessions earlier and participated in more 7-on-7 tournaments than in previous years. "Our schedule is extremely difficult and after being 2-8, they are ALL key games…you feel me?" Coach Shields emphasized.
